The valuation was as I had been promised, confidential and specific to my Industry. From previous valuations I had an indication of what my Company was worth, however Axis explained how this figure was calculated and what was realistic to achieve for my Company at that time. Having had a recent bad experience with another agency I was very apprehensive as to the outcome, but I have to say the negotiations were handled in an efficient and extremely professional manner.
