Robin Boxall-Hunt Director
Robin has built a strong network of Corporate Buyers and other professional services across the UK and Internationally to aid his clients in achieving their exit strategy.
Having qualified for his Business & Finance BA Hon’s, Robin went on to run the Sales division for a National PLC. Joining Axis in 2000 initially as a broker, Robin’s is now the Managing Director within the business and oversees all operations including the financial function.
Having specialised in the sale of businesses within the Healthcare sector, Robin then extended the scope of operations to successfully cover many differing spectrums of SME industries.
Robin has successfully negotiated deals on behalf of clients with Private Equity firms, International Investors, National Healthcare Providers through to growing Regional Purchasers and has extensive experience of working alongside major corporate finance firms such as Mazars, Grant Thornton & PWC. Robin has an in-the depth knowledge of the financials and legalities encompassed within a sale process. This knowledge, combined with a firm grasp and experience in the complex stages involved in the sale of a business has enabled him to successfully negotiate 100’s of transactions with a multitude of deals structures.

John Twitchett Senior Broker
John joined Axis in 2019 following a 10-year career in the Property Sales & Lettings Industry where he held both Management and Valuation roles. The skills he developed during this time add an extra layer of support to our business sales capabilities, particularly when freehold property is included within the transaction.
Over the years since joining Axis, John has built an excellent reputation for the high-quality service he provides to our clients at every stage in the journey. From initial tentative discussions to business valuations, marketing, offer negotiating and sales progression. This has resulted in us delivering many successful outcomes for clients. John is a hardworking, focused and self-motivated individual who works closely with clients to offer professional and tailored advice in numerous service sectors including Healthcare, Recruitment, and Cleaning.

Katie Robinson Head of Marketing and Administration
With 10 years of experiance with in Customer Service and Marketing, Katie brings a high level of customer service and knowledge.
Katie also manages initial enquiries from buyers including initial vetting to ensure that sufficient funding is in place and ensures that all information is correctly recorded and followed up when required.
She is also responsible for the implementation of marketing and social media campaigns in conjunction with the rest of the team.
Katie is diligent, personable, efficient and offers an exemplary level of confidentiality.
