The Business:
The business provides sought after services to assist NHS Mental Health Trusts and CCGs by providing a highly innovative supported
living service for adult men diagnosed with complex mental health difficulties and challenging behaviour, including treatment resistant
psychosis, forensic histories, substance misuse, autistic spectrum, learning disability and personality disorder. There is scope and demand
to grow the business further by admitting females to the service.

Service Overview:
The business offers a 24-hour supported accommodation service enabling their service users with complex needs to be safely discharged
into the community. They pride themselves in working closely with their residents to find solutions and tackle the root causes of previous
unsuccessful discharges into the community by identifying and preventing barriers to successful community living.
Solutions currently offered are:-
➢ Improving and sustaining physical activity
➢ Maintaining mental and physical health to enable you to have a good daily structure
➢ Support with getting into vocational study, voluntary or paid work
➢ Creating healthy active places in their age-friendly homely accommodations
➢ Supporting residents with social re-integration and positive social connections
➢ Supporting residents to live well with minimal impact from cognitive impairment

Customers:
At the time of writing the business supports 17 adult male clients between the ages of 24-56. These are individually contracted to the
company via the following sources:-
➢ NHS/CCG
➢ 6x Local Authorities
➢ HM Prison & Probation Services

Weekly fee income per client varies depending upon the complexity of the support required, currently packages range between £1,626
and £10,674.

Currently clients being supported are living with various diagnoses including; Learning Difficulties, Autism, Schizophrenia and
Depression.
