The business was founded by the current owners and has grown organically and sustainably ever since with the majority of
new business being sourced via word of mouth and professional recommendations. As a business they pride themselves in
providing client-centred care, always putting the clients’ needs at the forefront of what they do.
This holistic approach has enabled them to build a robust and compassionate team around them and deliver high quality and
versatile care, providing a tailor-made service to clients whilst ensuring care is of the highest standard and continuity of care
is delivered.
Service Overview:
At the time of writing the business provides approximately 550 hours of domiciliary care per week. Clients are mainly elderly
self-funding individuals complimented by the occasional NHS package. The business currently has an NHS contract in place
however the current focus has been solely on increasing self-funding clients.
Each care plan is specifically developed for each individual, taking care to accommodate how the clients currently live, their
health, medical history and mobility. Additional enhanced training on End of Life and Dementia care along with exercise
training to assist clients with their mobility to reduce falls is added to the training course. The business offers flexible care
packages are with minimum 30-minute visits.
