Established since 1997 the business is very well known, respected and have a very good
reputation in their local area. They are renowned for providing safe and quality assured care for
service users to enable them to remain at home and remain as independent as possible. The business
prides itself in its attention to detail and ability to tailor care packages to suit each individual’s specific
needs.
The company has a diverse client base, providing care and support to Elderly clients as well as
children and young adults. These clients have a variety of needs and include those suffering
from Dementia, with Learning or Physical Disabilities and those in need of help with mobility
or medication administration.
The company works closely with their local authorities’ adult and CYP teams, whilst also
maintaining a good relationship with the NHS continuing care team.

At the time of writing the business provides an average of 920 care hours per week to 92 service
users. Currently the percentage split by funding source is as follows:-

The business employs four registered nurses allowing them to cover a far wider range of client
needs. Prior the the Covid-19 pandemic they were also providing both Nurses and Carers to
Nursing homes and they expect this to restart when restrictions allow.
