The business was established by the current owner, who has taken a back seat in recent years and now works part-time (avg. 2.5 days per week) focussing on payroll and invoicing. The vast majority of care provided is for elderly service users who have a wide variety of care needs, including some with mild dementia, learning disabilities or physical disabilities.
