The business was established in 1997 and has grown organically over the years mostly through recommendations by existing clients, their families, GPs and hospital referrals.
They pride themselves in delivering the highest quality care by retaining a dedicated office team and workforce of kind and supportive carers who are experienced in caring for the unique needs of each client. These carers undertake the company’s comprehensive training programme and also attend mandatory on-going training to develop and update their skills. This training sets out the high standards expected of their carers and includes safe and best working practices.
The business strives to support and encourage clients independence and choice, therefore care packages are developed with their active involvement.
