Established since 1999, this fully managed Care Agency provided care services to a large client base of private clients.  Being a long established Agency in the County has led to an excellent reputation locally, with CQC, the private client market, Local Authority and the NHS.  Currently holding a 2 star CQC rating, they are very focused on staff training with the Manager and Assistant Manager both ‘Train the Trainer’ qualified.  The Agency offers packages to Service Users ranging from 15 minute visits to night sleep over’s, with all care packages tailored to the client’s individual requirements.  The Agency is registered to and specialises in; LD, PD, Autism, Mental Health, Older People, Younger Adults, Sensory Impairment and misuse of drugs and alcohol.  The Company has a diverse base with varying contracts from different revenue streams that provide a superb platform into the County for an incoming purchaser.   The Vendor was seeking a sale to enable her to retire.
