Established in 2008, the Agency very quickly made a name for itself within the local vicinity with Social Services as a Company that could professionally and with superb quality cater for individuals with complex care needs.  The Business was owner managed by two Director’s, one of whom was the Registered Manager, the other a qualified RGN, which allowed the agency to offer Nursing Care as well as Domiciliary Care.  The Company holds a spot contract with the Local Authority, and they have a private client base, both of which the Vendors felt would be areas for significant growth.  The Vendors were seeking a sale to enable one of them to retire.
