Axis is pleased to announce the sale of a leading Domiciliary Care Company covering the London Borough of Sutton.

Originally operating as a member of a nationwide franchise, the Owners bought out of the franchise agreement in 2000 and established the Company as a separate trading entity to pursue growth.  The Company continued to flourish, and was one of the leading independent providers in the London Borough it covered due to its professional and bespoke service.   

Focusing on ensuring Service Users received a high level of care and a service that maintained their privacy and dignity, an ethos that was evident throughout the Company, the Vendors developed excellent reputations with the Local Authority, as well establishing a solid private client base.

The Company catered for a wide range of Service Users, ranging from elderly people requiring assistance in day to day personal care, through to people with physical disabilities and mental illness, and offering end of life care in special circumstances.

The reputation of the Company with the Local Authority was exceptional, with significant expansion potential for replicating the services into the adjoining London Boroughs.  Reinforcing the excellent levels of service offered and standards achieved the Company was rated with CQC at the highest level of 3 star/ excellent in 2007, and subsequent inspections by AQAA had maintained this level.  Supplying over 2,000 hours per week, the Company had 2 extra care schemes in place with a solid and experienced management structure overseeing the day to day operation.

Operating on a highly confidential basis, Axis introduced 2 parties, both of which submitted offers in line with the valuation Axis provided, with Axis overseeing the sale through all the stages until a successful Completion was achieved.
